This older gentleman was taking a break at the corner of Market & Grey. Grey Street, which curves down from Grey’s Monument towards the valley of the River Tyne, was voted as England’s finest street in 2005 in a survey of BBC Radio 4 listeners.

Odd question to ask, but do you know if public BBQ-ing is allowed in Heaton Park? One could cook at home if that was the case and bring the food along, but I wasn’t sure… Do you guys know?
