Old Jesmond Station
Turn pretty much 180 degrees from where I took this photo, and you will see the old Jesmond station platforms. The station house itself, now Valley 397 Indian Restaurant, is behind the trees on the left. The Carriage pub, as pictured here, is also out of sight.
The cluster of lights slightly above the centre is the bottom of Osborne Road, for those who know Jesmond.
I was attempting to visit every CDP blog on New Year’s Day, but the beach tore me away!
