Hi beth, I had a close encounter with the ‘walking man’ last time I came to NC and it was a bit spooky. I do not know why but I find these statues intimidating. Maybe that the aim they are there for…Ciao. A.
Antonella I suspect it’s partly because they look so real but are larger than life. I always expect him to move before I remember he’s a statue and get scared when I remember!
