::SIgh:: Ahhhh, memories! I avoided days like this like the plague! (I get exhausted around a lot of people) But it was still fun on the days we had to dash through the crowds to get to classes on time!
If I could, I’d go to the park on days like this instead.
Jacob, in addition to the many wonderful shops along the street, there’s an entrance to the Eldon Square mall there, as well as a whole slew of bus stops. It’s a VERY busy place
Yep – I couldn’t believe how many people were out there!
Cassandra – I did NOT walk up Northumberland Street. I took the (very) long way round to avoid the people!
The site was launched way back in February 2006 and, apart from a few 'sick' days here and there it has provided a daily snapshot of life in the great city of Newcastle upon Tyne
