Yes Chris, near Revolutions.
It is at the corner of Collingwood Street and Westgate Road but the official address is 29 Collingwood Street and it was originally the offices of the Sun Insurance Company, later to become Sun Life. It opened in 1904. The sun logos are still on the balcony that those two characters are supporting although not visible in your pictures.

Imagine stepping into the hairdressers and saying ‘I’d like a barnet like the stone guys outside, please’.
(Though with the amount of hair I’ve got on top I guess I’d be better off asking for the menhir look…)
