Two Picture Sunday – Post Office building
The old Post Office Building, opposite St Nicholas’ Cathedral and near the Castle Keep, the High Level Bridge and Central Station.
A close up of the name of the building. It’s not used as a post office any more but I’m not sure what it is.
I love the reflection of the cathedral in the middle window.

Head Post Office please and the pub next door was were we all had a pint. A rifle range in the basement where we learnt to shoot as members of the rifle club. The wonderful staff canteen and the pleasure of walking into the building after the cleaners left it sparkling and before the public were let in. The public areas matched the splendour of the outside.
Lovely shots of a lovely building Beth!
Cheers, D
