The title says it all.
Kids sledging on a snowy hill in the Rising Sun Country Park. (More information here or here – or about the farm on the site here.)
While up the hill we saw what looked like a blizzard in Newcastle. Here’s the big version in flickr.
Happy Birthday D. Love you.

The only time I ever saw snow in newcastle when I live there was very briefly when heading home from the Robinson Library. It snowed for ten minutes then the sun came out and it all melted.
Have you guys had a lot of snow this year or hardly any at all?
Snow covered roofs, looking up the West Road from the A1 roundabout.
Incidentally, I was sure the word should be rooves, but when I typed it it looked wrong, so I looked it up. Roofs is right. Although it’s one of those words that very quickly looks wrong.
Taken travelling west on the A69 yesterday (D was driving, not me, just in case you were worried…).
This is a snowy alley in Walker. Taken two days before Christmas.
It snowed again on New Year’s Eve. We woke up to a very snowy scene on New Year’s Day.
