The only time I ever saw snow in newcastle when I live there was very briefly when heading home from the Robinson Library.  It snowed for ten minutes then the sun came out and it all melted.

Have you guys had a lot of snow this year or hardly any at all?

Incidentally, I was sure the word should be rooves, but when I typed it it looked wrong, so I looked it up. Roofs is right. Although it’s one of those words that very quickly looks wrong.
