Another view of the North East that has been shown again and again.Hopefully this is a slightly different look at what has become an icon of the area(although a lot of people really hate it!) I think its ugly but still love it.

This market is held every Sunday at Tynemouth Metro station.As you can tell it used to be an ordinary railway station but after years of standing idle,it(like many others in the area) were renovated for use when the Tyne and Wear metro was opened.You can pretty much get everything here from clothes to cd’s,dvd’s,and books,and even home cooking.

Tyneside Cinema….an “indie” cinema where they mostly show pretty obscure films aswell as foriegn language stuff and even the odd mainstream family film.Needless to say its nearly always top quality stuff!
