Although the quayside is one of the trendiest party areas of Newcastle this bar is very much in the traditional mode.An ‘old man’s bar’, as some would call it! Its a very long bar,and might also be the thinnest pub in the area.You can proberbly reach the bar from the back wall!!
Not tried the “reach the bar from the back wall” contest for many years now. Just settle for the gents, far more sophisticated!

p.p.s. Did you notice “Posada” is an anagram of “Posa Ad”
Since they pulled down the Haymarket Pub this one probably does take the reign as the thinest pub in toon.
However although i realy like it there’s no chance of meeting the person of your dreams as it’s full of Sad OAP’s which i think you’ll find is also an anagram of Posada Ad!
