  It actually is strange, Curly. When we lived in Ireland back in the 1960’s, St. Patrick’s Day was hardly spoken about. It was more celebrated in New York City.

  Fancy that, the adopted geordie carving his niche in Humberside history. The biggest celebrity from Hull since John Prescott, with the wit of Norman Collier, Roy North and Ad combined, and an interest in shacked females that rivals William Wilberforce.

  If Hull recognise your celebrity, and honours you with an open topped bus parade of your homeland, can Peaches and I come along. I can drive (I think Immingham Refinery in the summer will look something quite special), and it gives Peaches the opportunity to wear her clippy outfit, and give out tickets too!

  PS Sorry I didn’t make it back in time to celebrate the honours yesterday, and worry not Zero:Seven - I was on my regular jaunt to London, and I think Peaches was out celebrating her birthday!
