That is Haymarket yes Chris, and I hadn’t noticed St James’ Park! Will also post a pic of the Haymarket renovations soon.
I immediately recognised haymarket, but I can’t really make out where you are looking at it from. What’s that huge building in the back - is it new? It seems I can’t remember it.
Standing at one of the bus stops on St Mary’s place, looking towards Haymarket. THat’s a uni building that’s been there as long as I can remember. The church St Marys is on the right, to the right of those green screens. The Civic Centre’s behind me to the right. Luckies is almost directly to the left. Got your bearings?
Oh, I see. I got confused by the perspective, I thought the building was in line with percy st / barras bridge. That must be Herschel building, the one with the lecture theatre attached on the ground floor. I guess you mean st thomas church?
