So I’m noticing this seems to be taken from a very low angle. Are you
a) Crouching?
b) In the middle of a ‘Dancing on Ice’ split?
c) Related to an absolutely huge toddler?

Or flat on your back.
Where are all the people or is it too expensive, as per usual, for families?

….training for Dancing on Ice? Have I mentioned already how much I hate ice skating? Got traumatized in the past and I wouldn’t get my daughter on them either….Hope you still have all your fingers (and toes)!!! Gruesome, I know…that’s me!!! Ciao. A.

It wasn’t Steve! It was taken from maybe slightly above waist height - as I had to hold on so I didn’t fall over. Cheeky :) No splits, and the girl next to me is no relation :)
Mrs K, it’s busy at weekends apparently - we didn’t go on the ice until about 6.20pm, which is a bit late for kids. It’s not incredibly cheap, but if you want to go into Centre for Life too, they do have a good deal on. Also, weirdly, it was very quiet when we first went on, but got busier rather than quieter even though it shuts at 8pm. I can’t explain! :)
Antonella, I’m always terrified of having someone skate over my fingers but I still have them all :) it was tons of fun - even though I was terrible at first! Fun exercise is better than no exercise :) x
Hi everyone - we’re having posting probs at the mo. Will be up and running again as soon as poss. Sorry!
how large is your ice rink(the area in square ft)
is your rink large enough for a day camp of 40 people?(post answer by tomorrow)
<3
beth - i have no idea. this is a personal site run by two people who have nothing to do with the business.
please don’t instruct me to ‘post answer by tomorrow’ - that’s rude, just makes me annoyed and less likely to help.
having said that - this link might help.
I always wanted to do that and never had the time/chance. Maybe one day :) I don’t mind ice skating. When my brother and I were young, there was a small pond down the road and all the neighbor kids used to go skating on it over the christmas holiday from school. For those two/three weeks it didn’t matter if one of us was the school loser or the popular kid, we all just had a great time skating and playing hockey, bumpy ice and all.
