Another place that’s been featured here a few times. Tynemouth Priory is well worth a visit if you’re out at the coast.

May 24, 2009 - Two Picture Sunday - Post Office building

The old Post Office Building, opposite St Nicholas’ Cathedral and near the Castle Keep, the High Level Bridge and Central Station.

A close up of the name of the building. It’s not used as a post office any more but I’m not sure what it is.

I love the reflection of the cathedral in the middle window.
