Lovely photos Beth and I want to wish all who follow this blog, and the special people who belong to the followers are happy, healthy and wonderful 2010.
I’m so excited about your camera purchase! I’m sure Beth and I would love to see some of your shots and maybe even share them with everyone if you’re up to it!
I will not comment on the photograph as I may be the only Geordie who doesn’t like football and thinks St. James’ Park is a monstrosity but I had to comment on the thought of Mrs. K. on the loose with a camera. Will she start her own photoblog and put you all to shame? Or will she be like me and forget to take the lens cap off? Only kidding, Mrs. K. I wish you joy with your new hobby and look forward to seeing your pictures.
Can I say my Geordie father ( rest his soul) and Newcastle United football fanatic did not care much for the staduim design either…. so Alf, you are not alone with that comment.
Nice picture though, Beth.
Thanks for the kind remarks. But the camera does not have a lens cap - so that’s one goody.
I could never do a ‘blog’ never mind a photo blog - so no chance of that happening. Anyhow my cousins in Canada and ex-pats all over the place, follow this photo blog.
I actually tried out the camera today - its hilarious. But I will get the hang of it come hell or high water.
But remember, this is a Newcastle site and I am on t’other side of the waters of Tyne.
Just a catch up.

Today I bought a camera.
Happy 2010 to you too, MrsK!

Thanks so much Mrs K. I look forward to seeing some of your pics… I hope if you start a photo site it’s a sister site and not a rival one :)
*waves at cassandra*
Alf, there has to be one :) (although i do suspect there are others, just too scared to speak up in case you are banished!!)
